GIVE YOUR BUSINESS SOME BRAIN FOOD

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely. In fact, busy season is exactly when you need support the most. Most of my setup services only take 3–6 business days. For retainer work, we’ll spend about a week onboarding so you can hand things off quickly and feel supported, not stressed.

I’m in peak season. Can you still help me right now?

Think of me as the person who helps you finally get your backend in order. I set up the systems and workflows that keep your business running—without you having to touch every task. From CRMs to project management tools and automation, I tailor everything to fit your goals and how your brain works.

What exactly does a Systems Strategist do?

I specialize in tools that support wedding pros and creative teams:
Dubsado, Aisle Planner, Rock Paper Coin,  Enji, Notion, Asana, Trello, Airtable, Flodesk, Google Workspace, Make (Integromat), Timeline Genius, Pic-Time, and more.
If you’re not sure what to use, I’ll help you figure it out during our audit or strategy session.

What project management tools do you recommend for wedding professionals?

A Social Media Manager is focused on content creation and engagement—usually just on one platform like Instagram. As your Marketing Manager, I look at the big picture: blogs, Pinterest, emails, PR, metrics, and your entire content system. It’s not just about posting—it’s about planning, tracking, and building a strategy that works while you work weddings.

What’s the difference between a Marketing Manager and a Social Media Manager?

Setup services start at $350 and go up to $5,500, depending on what you need. Retainers begin at $1,750/month. I also offer payment plans to make things doable. And yes—it’s absolutely worth it. These systems don’t just save time, they help you grow with less chaos and more confidence.

How much does this cost—and is it worth it?

Not at all. While I’ve built my business supporting wedding creatives—like planners, photographers, florists, and venues—I also work with coaches, content creators, and creative service providers who want to run a more organized, strategic business.

Do you only work with wedding professionals?

Then you’re in the right place. Most of my clients aren’t tech people. I take the overwhelm off your plate and give you systems you can actually use—with step-by-step videos, simple dashboards, and as much or as little hand-holding as you need. You’ll never feel behind or embarrassed here.

What if I’m not tech-savvy?

How do I know which service is right for me?

That’s what I’m here for. If you’re feeling pulled in every direction, start with a Business Systems Audit or Marketing Systems Setup—those give us a clear path forward. You can also take the quiz on my marketing page or book a 15-minute consult. We’ll figure it out together.

Should I be listed on wedding directories like Zola, The Knot, or Equally Wed?

Directories can be a great tool—but they’re not one-size-fits-all. If your ideal clients use those platforms to find vendors, a listing might be worth the investment. That said, I always recommend pairing directory listings with a strong marketing system—like blogging, Pinterest, and email—so you’re not relying on one traffic source. I can help you track what's working and adjust your strategy to get the most out of your listings.

What’s the difference between the Mini Setup Intensive, Systems Setup, and the Business Systems Makeover?

Great question—and here’s the breakdown:
Mini Setup Intensive is best if you have one specific workflow that’s messy, missing, or manual (like client onboarding or blog content planning). It’s a quick, focused setup done in a few days.
Systems Setup is for wedding pros or creatives who need a complete CRM or project management platform (like Dubsado, HoneyBook, or Notion) set up with workflows, templates, and automation.
Business Systems Makeover is the full package—multiple systems, 5 workflows, SOPs, and 60 days of support. It’s ideal if you’ve outgrown your tools and need to scale your backend to match your growth.

What does an Operations Manager do—and do I need one?

An Operations Manager helps you run the backend of your business so you can step fully into your role as CEO. I manage your systems, projects, client communications, automation, and even support your team—while helping you plan strategically for growth.
If you’re constantly in the weeds, missing deadlines, or stuck maintaining systems you hate… it’s time. My Operations Manager Retainer gives you structure, support, and space to breathe again.
