Do you only work with wedding professionals?

Think of me as the person who helps you finally get your backend in order. I set up the systems and workflows that keep your business running without you having to touch every task. From CRMs to project management tools and automation, I tailor everything to fit your goals and how your brain works.

What exactly does a Systems Strategist do?

As a Fractional COO/OBM, I act as your right hand in running the business. I help optimize workflows, oversee projects, manage your team, and keep your marketing and operations aligned with growth goals without you needing a full-time executive hire.

What does a Fractional COO or OBM do?

Yes. Retainers are a great fit if you’re looking for ongoing support instead of one-time setups. Options include:
  • Marketing Manager Retainer – starts at $895/month (3–6 month minimum). Covers ongoing support for blogs, Pinterest, email, and PR.
  • Pinterest Management Retainer – starts at $897/month. Hands-off Pinterest strategy, design, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Systems Retainer (Fractional COO/OBM) – starts at $1,550/month (3–6 month minimum). Covers strategic systems, project and team management, workflow optimization, and client experience.

Do you offer retainer services?

Yes. For projects over $1,500, I offer 2–3 month payment plans. Retainer services are billed monthly and are not eligible for payment plans.

Do you offer payment plans?

What’s the difference between a Marketing Manager and a Systems Marketing Manager?

A Marketing Manager usually helps plan and manage content across platforms. As a Systems Marketing Manager, I not only help with content strategy, I also create the systems and processes that make marketing consistent, trackable, and easier to maintain. My role is about making sure your marketing ideas actually get executed instead of getting lost in the chaos.

Do you offer strategy calls if I’m not ready to commit?

Yes. If you’re not ready for a full setup or retainer, you can book a Strategy Call. These sessions give you clarity on your marketing or operations, outline your next steps, and help you walk away with a plan you can implement right away.
