      Great question. The biggest themes I tend to see are confusion and friction. People are interested enough to click, but somewhere along the way they’re left wondering, “Is this right for me?” or “What do I do next?”
      That can happen when the messaging isn’t clear enough, the services aren’t easy to understand, the website doesn’t answer key questions, or the next step isn’t obvious.
      One of the simplest exercises is to walk through your own client journey as if you’ve never seen your business before. Start with an Instagram post, a Google search, or a referral, and follow the path all the way to your inquiry form. You’ll often spot points where people might get confused, hesitate, or leave without taking action. That’s usually where I start.
